City Commission Agendas and Minutes
There are two meetings per month, plus special meetings to discuss specific issues, such as budget workshops or public hearings. Minutes are distributed within one week after the meeting date.
Planning & Zoning Committee Agendas and Minutes
The committee meets one time per month. The agenda is distributed at least 3 days prior to the meeting date and the minutes are distributed within one week after the meeting date.
Utility Board Agendas and Minutes
The committee meets one time per month on the 3rd Tuesday. The agenda is distributed the Friday before the meeting and minutes are distributed within one week of the meeting date.
Other Documents
This includes different types of documents such as public notices regarding variances; correspondence to citizens regarding projects; election results; or informational notices, such as water restrictions. The number of these documents will vary each month.
