Property Manager/Local Contact Training - 2 Classes

Training Sessions for vacation rental Property Managers and Local Contacts will be held on: December 4,2012 at 2:30 p.m. or March 20, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. Please Call Lyn at 289-1212, Ext 0 to register for either class.

Only one session must be completed to receive your certificate which permits you to serve as a Property Manager or Local Contact in the Vacation Rental program. You may qualify for a renewal certificate by satisfactorily completing a review questionnaire. For information regarding questionnaires, please see Lyn at City Hall or call her at 305-289-1212, Ext. 0.



You must have a valid certificate prior to renewal of any Vacation Rental License for which you serve as a Property Manager or Local Contact.
